Interior Panic Button Lock

This will allow you to lock yourself inside the vault with the push of a palm button, such as you would need for a panic room. Pulling the button unlocks. With the push button engaged, it is impossible to spin the dial from the outside, thus preventing anyone from locking you inside. If you did not engage the push button and someone was to lock you in by spinning the dial on the outside (which is a very purposeful act) it would require 3 minutes of work and a couple of basic tools to get out. You will not need this option if your going to order the Double Faced Electronic, which would allow you to lock and unlock from either side.

Double Faced Electronic Lock

This Double Faced Electronic will replace the standard spin dial lock on the front of the vault and allow you to lock and unlock it from either side of the door. Like most electronic devices, they are not made to last forever. It's more beneficial to have a dialing combination lock which truly lasts a lifetime! They are made in China by SecuRam, but these are high quality dials (not cheap), being UL listed for 100,000 openings. So far, we have had better luck with these than any other electronic we have tried. THIS OPTION DOES AFFECT THE WARRANTY! These are warranted for two years including locksmith entries. Once your past the two year mark, where we state we will cover locksmith entries in our warranty is then voided. See warranty for more details.

Stainless Steel Upgrade

Torch attacks happen, and when they do you will be ready with this 3/16" thick, stainless steel plate option. It protects the heart of the lock system by covering: the combo box area, hardplate, relock and striker (which is the primary piece of linkage being locked out). We offer one size that is 8" by 12", and another size plate that measures 16" by 12" (which will cover both dials if you get the Twin Lock System option). It will be visible on the outside (like shown in the 8" by 12" size pictured to the left). This adds to the commercial look of the safe, which customers really enjoy.

Locksmith Resistant Hard Plate Upgrade

A hardplate comes standard with every Sturdy Safe, however, this option takes it to another level. It's a diamond/ carbide bit resistant, machine tool pin hardplate, as hard as ball bearings, to keep locksmiths out. (It's hard enough for a locksmith to break into a Sturdy Safe as it is, so this option is an over kill for most.) It protects the primary linkage being locked out all the way to it's source. THIS VOIDS A SMALL PART OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY by making home owner to pay for the locksmith entry if ever one is needed.

Twin Lock System

Two, separate and complete locking systems that force locksmiths to breach two dials instead of just one. Both dials need to be in working condition in order to get in. One dial does not override the other. The first dial is the original spin dial that comes with the safe (unless you added the Electronic Lock option). The additional dial you are purchasing with this option, is added above the original dial and you have the option of making it an Electronic Lock or spin dial.

ADDITIONAL BENICIFTS OF THE TWIN LOCK SYSTEM WITH THE ELECTRONIC LOCK: It allows us to hide the drill points, so a locksmith would need to know where to drill in order to gain access. While at home, you can also leave the spin dial in the unlocked position so you can gain quick access in by using the electronic lock alone.

Guaranteed Delivery Day

Shipping is already included in the safe total, so this is an extra option. 95% of safes shipped arrive on the ESTIMATED Time of Arrival (ETA) anyway, however, if you need to ensure they do because your taking days off work, or hiring a crew to meet you, this option is available. If they don't deliver on the ETA, we can get you a full refund of the shipping amount + delivery guarantee charge, and have the safe rescheduled for delivery another day. We will issue you a full $120 refund if the freight companies do not have this option available to your area. Delays from Acts Of God (such as weather problems) are not covered.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT OUR STANDARD SHIPPING ALREADY INCLUDED- We will arrange for the customer to contact the freight company to verify any delays in delivery. The freight companies are willing to store the safe up to 3 business days, without charging, if you can't receive it on the day they want to deliver. Read our FAQ page for more shipping details.

Smaller Semi Truck

Most freight companies will deliver with full sized freight trucks, however, we will look into getting a smaller truck if you have a tricky driveway a full sized truck can't maneuver in. Usually, these are 28ft trailers, and you still need to account for the tractor itself. Due to some locations, it could delay the estimated day of arrival. If you feel you could have issues with any freight trucks to your location, please let us know in advance, or the freight company will only have the option of dropping it off curbside. On occasion, freight companies tell us there are small trucks available when there is not. We try our hardest to prevent this from happening, but there is no guarantee we can get a small truck to you.

Garage Delivery

This is a free option if you have cleared a path for the pallet jack and have a smooth surface for it to roll on from the truck location, into the garage. No bumps, steps, gravel, grass, steep inclines, or anything a pallet jack, with one truck driver, cannot handle. Please note, truck drivers do not lower their lift gates on an incline, because they want to avoid damaging your driveway. This option is not guaranteed. They will not take the safe off the pallet or unwrap it.
