30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Customers may return any Sturdy Gun Safe product within 30 days of delivery for any reason. During this 30-day period, all return shipping costs and related expenses are fully covered by Sturdy Gun Safe. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all included components. Safes and vault doors must be strapped down to a pallet and in an accessible area outside where a freight truck driver can pick it up with a pallet jack. 

Returns After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day window, returns and replacements are subject to the terms of our Lifetime Warranty. This means we will repair or replace components as covered under the warranty, but returns outside the 30-day period are not eligible unless the issue falls under a warranty-covered defect.
