Sturdy Gun Safe Return Policy

At Sturdy Gun Safe, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. We are the only manufacturer offering a money back guarantee on the market today!

  1. What if I cancel an order or custom option before you ship out the safe? 
    We will refund you the full amount charged asap if the safe/vault has standard options added to it such as fire liner, any package, electronic lock, key in dial, locksmith resistant hardplate upgrade, in swing opening, pistol racks, extra lifetime warranty, dehumidifiers, gold hardware, and #1, #2 interiors (with or without side shelves). If you ordered special options such as a custom size, safe inside a safe, custom gauge body, panic button, handle and dial cover, full door cover, mountable floor plate, any steel reinforcement options not in a package bundle, color changes, 10g inside steel liner, or twin lock systems, we will refund you the full amount, minus the cost of that extra options. 
  2. What if I don't like the safe/vault after receiving it?
    30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Customers may return any Sturdy Gun Safe product within 30 days of delivery for any reason. During this 30-day period, all return shipping costs and related expenses are fully covered by Sturdy Gun Safe. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all included components. Safes and vault doors must be strapped down to a pallet and in an accessible area outside where a freight truck driver can pick it up with a pallet jack. 

Returns After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day window, returns and replacements are subject to the terms of our Lifetime Warranty. This means we will repair or replace components as covered under the warranty, but returns outside the 30-day period are not eligible unless the issue falls under a warranty-covered defect.

  • Custom or modified products follow the same policy unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Sturdy Gun Safe reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be issued by check through the mail. 

 

3. What if I want to change an order within 24hrs? 
You are more than welcome to do this, and any changes can be made, at no cost to you.

4. What if I want to change an order 24hrs later?
You might not be able to do this depending on the upgrades you originally ordered, and how far along we are with the current safe. If we are capable of changing the order, it's a $25 fee and possibly a new completion time (depending on the changes requested). Any additional changes beyond the day the changes were made is still a $25 fee.
