Like all Sturdy products it’s very well made and solid. Try finding another pistol safe of similar dimensions that comes in at 35lbs of THICK steel. It’s a generational item, it’ll hold up to be gift for your great grandchildren.
I was looking for good pistol safe for a while until decided on Sturdy.
I compared number of safes of the same size but none of them came even remotely close to this one.
This is a real PISTOL safe,- not something flimsy that can be opened by nail.
It is compact, but with plenty of the room inside, quality of build is excellent.
Some say it is expensive...
Well...I say that this safe worth every penny!
If I ever need another safe I know where to find one.

Love the build and quality of the safe. It’s heavy due to the thick gauge steel which I like. It serves its purpose and then some. Some may say it’s expensive, I say you get what you pay for.
