Cancelation / Order Change Policy

1. What if I cancel an order before it ships?
You will be issued a full refund, unless we have stored the safe for over 3 months. If storage occurred, it's a $200 charge. 

2. What if I cancel an order after it ships?

3. What if I want to change an order within 24 hours?
You may change your order freely within the first 24 hours, at no cost.

4. What if I want to change an order after 24 hours?
Changes after 24 hours depend on the options you selected and how far along we are in building your safe. If a change is possible, major modifications—such as altering the safe size, adding or removing reinforcements, changing steel gauge, or modifying the interior liner gauge—will reset your wait time as if it were a new order starting that day. Any change made after the first 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, as each modification pulls approximately 20 minutes of staff time away from standard production duties. Major changes may require restarting the build because the original safe body may no longer be usable.
